Speaking at a news conference at Peshawar Press Club here on Tuesday, Wazir said that the government had extended the RLCI project, after completion of its initial phase of three-year period, from April 2013 to November 2015. Flanked by tribal elders Dr Bashir Ahmad Khan, Malik Amanullah, Malik Niaz Khan, and others, he said the officials and employees appointed under the project, had ultimately got extension in their service but eight officials, including three engineers, two managers, two accountants, and a monitoring and evaluation officer were deposed, instead of giving them extension. He said it was sheer unjust with the officials who had worked under the project for three-year.
